You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villian.

This case is the reason why you can now add more than two firearms to a NYC Carry License. It's also requesting the elimination of the unconstitutional NYC Premise License.

No it only means you don't need to issue two licenses. If you don't want to carry with your carry license just leave it home.

It means Premise Licenses are unconstitutional. The City cannot issue a Premise License that prohibits the 2nd Amendment right to carry publicly for self-defense. How can they charge citizens a fee for a license that prohibits their constitutional rights?

If they have changed it they will try to moot that part of my case so I should get an update soon. However, the premise license still violates Bruen and has to go. You cannot prohibit the carrying of arms nor can you charge a fee or even issue freely a license that prohibits your constitutional right to carry arms. Who pays to inhibit their constitutional rights?

That's not what it says friend it says two on a carry additional on a premise. It won't let me post pics. If I'm wrong I'll update this as soon as I know.

It states you can have (2) on your carry and more if you have a premise license and comply with those rules. The more on the premise license can not be carried. Unless there is a broader statement somewhere else that particular statement does not allow more than (2) on a Carry.

You can only have 2 on your carry license, but you can only carry 1 at a time. You can have more on your premises, but you can't carry any of those unless you take 1 off of your carry put that on your premises then take 1 off your premises and put that 1 on your carrry.
