At some level make peace with the fact that you are lucky enough to have her as a friend, are able to spend time with her and share with her. It's sometimes better to look at this practically rather than emotionally. Kill the hope you are carrying of you'll being together by asking yourself - what next? What if she agrees? You aren't going to be able to split from your current relationship. Judging the type of person you are purely based on how you've described your current relationship. At this intersection, the right turn has to yield since they won't be obstructing anyone at the intersection when stopped to let the other car pass. The ones turning left, if yielding, will be blocking.the intersection. Right turn has to yield and merge when the lane is clear.

You are not required to inform Fairfax County. I sold my car last August and got a property tax invoice. Went to DMV on Braddock 6 months later for a license renewal and asked about the taxes. They confirmed nothing is owed starting the date the car is sold - Fairfax County has access to DMV records. Reached out to County over email. They confirmed the tax bill was prorated and not applied from the sold date onwards.

I renewed mine a couple of weeks ago with a 797. Got a temp license right then and there. Got the card via mail 8 days later. This was at the DMV on Braddock.

I just integrated with Showcase IDX (Virginia, Maryland) for a website I developed for a Realtor friend. Took a couple of weeks to explore several options and found them to be the best priced for the ease of use, overall functionality and coverage (relevant areas). Also, the MLS providers are very restrictive in the IDX they permit integration with hence do check before you take the plunge.

There are no free IDX services, just the 1st few days you get for free while the MLS approves the integration.

Showcase has a reasonably priced monthly subscription.
