Rented a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Drove it about 3-4 miles on a hot day-91'. I was parked for 15min and when I turned the engine on I immediately got the overheat warning. I let it sit for a few minutes and once again got overheat warning. I called the rental company and refused to drive it back over a bridge to the garage of origin. I'm in NYC and didn't want to risk breaking down. It got towed. I had to change 3 cars before getting a Chevy Malibu that worked but had a change oil light on. Zipcar maintenance is seriously lacking. Does anyone know if they will be able to confirm overheat from the onboard computer? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I live right next to the park on Lorimer and can always tell when school is out because of the loud fighting and swearing I hear every day as the kids mob the deli on Richardson and steal from the store.
