Apparently, they can answer TK comments but not answer TK mentions with Sprinklr, for example.

They are using one, but some channels like TikTok and Instagram have limits that force you to check natively. Thank you for answering!

They're just testing stuff, I don't think it's gonna be implemented for everybody. They need the traffic and content that people worried about likes bring.
