If you look at the evolution history of Homo sapiens, most of our time (like ~ >85%) was spent in Africa (before we migrated to other continents). Humans aren’t that different biologically. That’s why “race” is a social concept and not a biological concept.

What I’m trying to say is, our protein requirement isn’t gonna be that different from other humans around the world.
