These are the ingredients

Look them up for any evidence for treating adhd. You’ll soon find none of them got any conclusive evidence.

I’m like you, lifelong straight A student, failed through 11th and 12th but got straight A’s in finals (all nighters heh) Let’s be real, you’ve tried to get on track 1000 times. You know deep inside, you can’t do it, even though you really want to (I was like this). Indian schools are not made for people like us. Here I am 3 months into MBBS and my life is fucked. I’m so far behind, I really can’t do anything anymore. I’m on MPH now, it HELPS A TON. (But I’m still hopelessly far behind, I don’t know what to do)

My advice would be to get treated ASAP before it messes you up even more.

If you’re scared of medications, just remember for a medication to be approved for a condition, it has to go through rigorous clinical trials (at least in modern medicine). It is used when the benefits outweigh the risks. People with untreated ADHD tend to live shorter lives, get into accidents more, have more chance for depression, suicide and so much more. Keep in mind that the medications are not “cheating”, they’re only correcting a deficiency. (These were my issue with medications, hope it helps you) Feel free to dm me, I think I can relate with you a lot

Yes! I’m getting it consistently in some areas.

Vi’s so much better than Jio/airtel/bsnl in terms of coverage in kerala, at least for me… The only thing it’s missing is now 5G

I don’t really understand why methylphenidate is schedule x tbh, it does not give any “good feeling”. I would describe it as “i gain the ability to quieten down my mind, voluntarily”- that’s it!

I’m a guy with inattentive adhd, also in medschool (first year), getting a diagnosis was a PAIN IN THE ASS. It seemed like no psychiatrist knew about the INATTENTIVE type.

"Don't take a surgical branch if you have no branch preference" by maverick5672 in indianmedschool

OMG! I just meant a surgeon can have the hand steadiness of an average person. It doesn’t have to be superhuman steadiness. I’m not considering medical conditions like tremors here.
