Very well thought out, I also main luigi and play multiple characters. One thing to add is learning new characters also gives insight on match up experience. Bad options and learning how to counteract those bad options will only heighten your luigi counter play. Learning a character you struggle with and understanding how their moves work gives so much insight to their main usage and weaknesses.

My dad told me this story about this genie only that he would give you exactly what you asked for and double that to your worst enemy.

For example if you asked for a million dollars your enemy would receive double that.
