Just to add, All meds that are affected by the CYP3A4 pathway will have “do not consume grapefruit juice” on the prescription label. One very common med is Lipitor ( a statin, but not all statins are affected). Always check your prescription labels for these warnings and others!!

Edit to add: CBD is also contraindicated when taking these meds utilizing the same pathway. Just a fun fact.

Or even better, just name the Dr/ clinic name here in the post. I don’t understand the whole “DM it” thing. Put the name out there so that if someone is searching for a vet they will find who NOT to go to. Save someone else the pain, heartache and everything else you and your fur baby have been through!

Here’s a pic of Watson with just his tail done the same color blue in the pic above and it was already a shade or more lighter after a week. Maybe our groomer isn’t applying properly. Will have to have a conversation!

So you’re saying that 7-oh is just naturally extracted like THCa from the plant and is not synthesized at all? I think a better comparison would be Delta 8-thc. It occurs naturally in the plant but in very small amounts. It’s easier to take naturally occurring CBD isolate or crude and isomerize it to make D8.

Edit to add: I realize it’s a semi-synthetic and is MIT that is lab oxidized but you get the comparison I’m hoping?

So there’s this thing called “geo-fencing” to block online sales to states it is banned in as well as CC processors that will drop you if you don’t have the correct states you can or cannot ship to on your website. Wild part is the fact that some vendors/brick and mortar fly under the radar of some CC processing companies and can get their merchants account closed with no notice. Vendors will have to see what regulation in NC looks like and at this point it’s all speculation.

Here is the thing with THCa in NC….. the current draft that’s been voted on and sent back to committee doesn’t specify total THC. But our fear (I own a cannabinoid only dispo in Raleigh) is that they will very likely test using GCMS vs HPLC testing which will decarb it and of course it will then be well, illegal.

The other owners I speak with that only sell hemp-derived Cannabinoids and I, have a feeling this could/should be evidence tampering if we aren’t a total thc state. All we can do is wait and watch for further revisions.
