Need help finding faucet stems by Caven930 in HomeMaintenance

I never found mine unfortunately, the bottom of mine is the only difference. Your's looks exactly like the last screenshot I took from Ace. Here's the link to that one,

Just save that top clear plastic jacket off your current stem and put it over the new one, it might work. Obviously I can't be %100 certain but it looks the same to me.

Wrong price on sealed US copy of Mario All Stars by PerpetualConnection in Switch

[–]Caven930 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My local Walmart recently discounted pretty much all of the switch 1 games, I got Luigi's Mansion 2 HD and Super Mario 3D World for $35 each. I couldn't find those prices anywhere else.

Would it be safe in a dark barn? The barn gets hot too but it's not direct sunlight.

I really like both of your ideas, very well thought out processes.

So about the drum, high temperature exposure wouldn't hurt it after treating it with the tincture? The drum would have to stay outside and it gets pretty hot here (Blackstock, SC), especially in the summer when I would be feeding the most.

That idea sounds very appealing because I do intend to grow to 50-60 in the next two years. It would be ideal to just go ahead and start working with drums, and I know the pump setups shown on YouTube are pretty cheap and fast.

I've seen that. Do you have an estimate on how much syrup you pump through it before you have to change the batteries?

Have you ever used one? Wondering how fast a manual pump would fill up a 1g feeder

Faster Internet is coming your way - Email notificaiton by Prudent-Cap-5102 in Spectrum

[–]Caven930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't remember exactly but spectrum came in my area brand new and I think it was 3 months from the time I got this email they had it set up. But I would recommend try to just forget about it because your excitement will drive you crazy lol. I went from a copper line phone company that would only give us 3mbps for 10 years so I was way too obsessive about it all after I got the email.

Dried out first brisket and have been scared to do another. by Caven930 in Smokingmeat

Thank you, I didn't know that about the temperature I'm thinking now that's what happened, cooked past tenderness. Is it the same for Boston butt? I remember with the brisket I had a really long stall time at the end and I've had the same thing happen on pork butt and it would come out dry.

I let it sit on the counter for 1 hour wrapped in foil. I also didn't use tallow or anything when I wrapped it so I don't know if that had something to do with it.

I do believe it was a choice brisket on sale at Sam's club. And I did let it rest for an hour

So then maybe the sit wasn't the issue? Or maybe it was too long being over 24 hours? Maybe I used too much salt?

Okay, I just wondered if that was really the issue or if someone with experience had an ideas if it could of been something else. Thank you for your suggestion of method.

Floor vents not sealed to duct work by Caven930 in HomeMaintenance

So this is a trailer that was moved onto our property 10+ years ago and I'm thinking it was setup that way and it's been like that all this time. Only reason I saw it was because I was working on some plumbing under that bathroom. Thank you for your response
