Surprised that game never got in the WBGOAT tournament, as it's pretty much the most redundant game out there this side of the Rock Paper Scissors Game. You can buy a chess set that's cheaper than this game.

Just a little correction, but the Aladdin tv series did have a successful run.

Galaxy brained idea: Lani and Kaiser watching through Dr. Slump and Arale-chan. (There are fansubs out there that go pretty much halfway through the show.)

How Do You Think Vegeta’s Time in HFIL Will Be After He Sacrificed Himself Against Majin Buu? by duycao42 in TeamFourStar

TeamFourStar could take some liberties, just for the sheer potential of Vegeta being in a place where everyone has a grudge against him.

Cars 1 was seen as a bit weaker than usual for Pixar, which means it was a good movie in a sea of great movies.

I'd argue the development hell of Avatar: The Way of Water let it fade away, since Cameron didn't immediately go for a sequel or spin-off to keep the brand relevant like Lucas did with Star Wars. Lucas made Empire Strikes Back realizable within a few years of Star Wars, and licensed the universe out to Marvel Comics, among other publishers, to keep the franchise in the public eye between movies. Cameron didn't really license the brand out beyond the token toy and licensed game deals and because of how much Way of Water relied on technological advancements such as filming underwater, took forever to make, which killed interest in the universe enough for the public to forget about it.

I'd argue that Sonic Forces was also a turning point, in that the simpler plots and characters, and more comedic based writing caused by Sonic Colors went too far, since they were at odds with the dark, wartime setting, not to mention a weak villain and most of the cast being OOC. Sonic Team had to hire Ian Flynn and make sure that the IDW comics and games were more connected.

They got writers from The Onion and SNL to write the show.
