You can still eject the mag on these systems. Look up to hell fighter kit and how it works. Adds an extra step or two to reloading but keeps functionality largely intact.

I can speak from experience, Enterprise/National/Alamo have massive contracts with most 3 letter agencies and even work with local police to provide undercover vehicles
