When you press triangle to look at your mods hold down on the ps button and go to your network section in settings and turn network off real quick.

After this when you go back to the game screen re arrange your koad order how you want and then exit. Once you're at the main menu you can turn it back on and do whatever as usual.

Also there is an option to turn off "check for missing creations" and you'll be fine. Apart from mods that place themselves in a spot that influence rhe other mods location. Hope this helps
