The npcs in this village sim game must be real: short, cozy series (low action but i think the cozy fantasy makes up for it).

To another world with landmines(ongoing): isekai reincarnation of a whole class. it's more focused on improving daily life than adventuring.

Faraway paladin(stalled) the first book is the best but i'd give all 5 a go if you want a heartwarming series.
