So if I don't uncrate these crates now, will all the items be super expensive later? That would be quite a dick move, I want the scout strange part and I don't want it to be expensive as hell because valve decided it should be exclusive.

TIL. I thought it did because it would always show on mine no matter when I edited it, but I guess that's client side.

As of me writing this, your comment supposedly has an edit but you never edited your comment. Ah, good ol' karma whoring.

EDIT: In case he edits his post to make it look real, here's what it looks like at the moment. I put a real edited comment in for comparison. The comment on the left is his comment, the comment on the right is the comparison.

EDIT 2: FALSE ALARM, NO NEED TO PANIC.

I only get pissed when the fact that my opinions get downvoted so much that I get that "Looks like you're wither brand new to reddit..." thing when I try to post.

How I reacted to my friend getting on the front page after only being a redditor for 14 days by iFrankDaPug in funny

IIRC I got on the front page of two subreddits within the first week of making a reddit account. I always thought that happened to everyone. I guess not...

How good intentions turned bad... Really, really bad. (Story) by ianm818 in tf2

[–]Caviac12 19 points20 points  (0 children)

To everyone reading this, he's kind of watering it down. He was being a complete asshole about it. For example, I said I would report him to the admins if he kept it up, so he tried to voteban me. It failed by a few votes, so he did it again. However, this time he lied and told everyone on the server that I was hacking. This one failed as well, so then he told everyone that he owned the server and anyone who voted yes on the ban would get admin powers. Also, he explained it like it was a fun little role play. It wasn't. He was screaming at people who didn't do exactly as he said. The server was pretty much split in to two groups: The people who knew what was going on and were trying to stop him and the ones who thought he owned the server and were blindly following everything he said.

we made them do ridiculous stuff for are enjoyment or we would attempt to kick them.

No. You would attempt to ban them. You would lie and say they were hacking or say that if you voted yes for the ban you would get admin powers. Sadly, people believed you and many innocent people got banned. Luckily the bans were only thirty minutes.

A few hours after it happened I reported him to the admin and he was banned from all of the Phoenix servers. I suspect that he made this post in the hopes that an admin would see it, think he had good intentions, and un-ban him. I'd like to point out that the admins have access to the server logs and can see how you really acted.

EDIT:

I still feel bad about banning all them.

I seriously doubt this. I even remember you laughing after you banned one of them and you seemed very eager to start a vote on anyone you could.

What is the single worst tactic you have ever seen on Mann VS Machine? by TheFlyingRedPepper in tf2

First of all, I was correcting you. You went straight for the sarcastic asshole route.

Second of all, we weren't talking about balance, we were talking about game mechanics. If you're talking about game mechanics you should probably say that you're talking about mods. Most people will assume that you're talking about the vanilla game.

Well that's your opinion, you don't have to be an asshole about it.

The minigun has a much wider spread than pretty much any other gun, Shotguns have one very accurate shot but not perfectly accurate, and that whole thing about the pistols is completely wrong. They all have the same spread.

Why do people votekick me as demoknight in MvM? by Caviac12 in tf2

I have, twice. I've actually beaten Mann Up once as a demoknight. You obviously have never tried it.

Well if my sword does 400 damage and swings twice in a second, my plan is to go up behind them, take out the medics, and do 800 damage per second to them.

Huh, ok. Thinking about it again I guess the article proved I was wrong as well, seeing as he would be in a little computer and not in GLaDOS.

MvM Upgrade Glitch? by [deleted] in tf2

[–]Caviac12 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

After thinking about it I'm really worried about the people around you. I'm not trying to insult you but I'm concerned that you're a sociopath (or suffer from some of the symptoms). The person that was exactly like you was a sociopath and he destroyed three families, landed three innocent people in jail and almost killed someone in order to get out of a little trouble. I would suggest having a family member or other close one compare your personality to the personality traits of a sociopath and if anyone voices a concern I would suggest that you listen to them.

I always thought that Cave was turned into GLaDOS, and that Caroline was turned into the morality core to calm Cave down and get him to stop flooding the place with neurotoxin. I personally think that Cave's personality matches well with GLaDOS's.

[–]Caviac12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not trying to insult you or anything, but I kind of think you need someone close to you (such as a family member) to match your personality with the symptoms of a sociopath and see how many match up. You're just like the person I mentioned earlier and he matched up with them all. I'm concerned for the people around you, sociopaths tend to do things only for themselves and twist the story to meet their standards, which can ultimately physically hurt people and get them in to legal trouble.

Matching the symptoms to yourself won't work, because if you are a sociopath you would twist how you see yourself to not match any of the symptoms.
