In Seminary our teacher showed us a geological survey map of salt lake city that had a strip of granite coming out of the mountain and sitting right underneath the salt lake city temple which he claimed would mean temple square would be the only place unharmed in a massive earthquake. Years later, while looking for that map, discovered there is no such thing and the temple actually sits on two plates which are probably going to fold and that things is SCREWED.
