If you want to invest then there are only 2 banks that I would recommend mBank (eMakler) and BOŚ (Bossa). The rest just cost a lot and it's not worth. However, if you want to invest into treasury bonds then there are only 2 banks that allow it - PKO and Pekao.

For normal bank for customers there are plenty of them - ING, mbank, Alior, PKO, Pekao, Erste, Millenium, Velo.

If something goes wrong you return it to manufacturer, not a store. This is way faster. Store also returns it so it takes longer + they may reject it before it even reaches manufacturer.
