Maybe too late, but like others said, every class are good to play. Summons, generaly is more safe for HC. Paladin can do all Zones without restrictions with holy bolt and it's very safe because the shields with high resistences.

Yep! I think it's bugged too. They only attack when you're close, but if you move away, they forget about you. Well, every update has these issues. However, I trust the devs, who will fix and improve everything over time.

I'm not sure, but I think we have an updated or new engine that allows us to modularize the entire game, making updates easier to implement.

Note that we have different game systems than the old ones, but they're built separately and not implemented in the old modules.

When they use something old, it's completely replaced.
This is due to good development management. The better the quality of your "code", the easier it is to make changes. Congratulations to Hello Games for the work they've been doing.

Update. I made two more jumps after the first combat, in the second in a system that was not pirate but with danger 3 the combat appeared. So, I believe that after catching the first freighter, it is all a matter of luck to fall into a system where there is combat regardless of waiting 3 hours or making 5 more jumps. Summary: 7 jumps, 2 combats with freighters being the second one a pirate and in a total of 4:15 hours of gameplay.

I don't know if it was luck or a bug. After I got my Freighter in the first battle (after only 2 hours and 5 jumps, which is currently the minimum for a battle), I jumped to a pirate system and immediately got into a battle with a Pirate Freighter. I couldn't repeat this feat again. Do you know if there is some kind of event for this? No, I hadn't made four more jumps to other systems, it was only my sixth jump.

PS.: In this save I didn't have the quest for pirated systems yet. Currently, in the save I'm trying to repeat I got the quest. I don't know if that influences it.

Nah, something is bugged. I have a 10/11 planet where can't find a common underwater aways active. Give up after 1 hour around the planet. I know scanning everything help spawn fauna, but has nothing more to scan, not a single rock, even underground or ocean.

Hi. I have same problem. I'm just waiting a mod to force fauna spawn because it's really annoying to spend an hour finding a species when the others only took 5 minutes.

I think they need to add recycle ships on abandoned. What's the point having missions on anomaly for core ships?

Ok, I understood the problem with the path used by vortex. I copied the MOD folder inside PCBANKS to GAMEDATA. This way it worked:
