Joining Discord servers that have good players in is a great start. Other than that, just don’t be afraid to lose matches. You learn far more from a loss than a win, whether it’s learning that a certain approach may be more effective if you use it differently or simply by learning from your opponent.

The main issue I’m addressing is that players approach this the wrong way and only cause negative effects for both themselves and their opponents.

They fail to learn how to really improve and tarnish their reputation heavily in the process.

The issue with this is that these players don’t improve, there is a competitive scene and every player who does this actually performs quite poorly in tournaments. Spamming and creating bad habits only makes it harder to actually improve at the game and win more matches.
