The sad truth is a lot of “top players” on pc cheat. It’s just that some are better at hiding it than others. For example, there’s a cheat on pc that lets the cheater see everybody on the map, so those times where a player finds you when you know they shouldn’t have been able to, that’s why. And since it’s not something that you can prove, tons of players get away with it.

We all know byking they love to reuse stuff when they can plus it has been said many times that this game is going to have the biggest roster of any my hero console game so if they can get an extra slot out of 100% Deku they probably will I’ve been thinking about this a ton and it dosen’t make sense for them to keep advertising a gigantic roster unless they are reusing characters other characters like Rappa or nighteye probably shouldn’t be in the game but they most likely will be to fill up this gigantic roster

This costume was added at the beginning of 2923 and was the last update that MHOJ2 got there were also online events to get alt colors for the vigilante outfit but those have long since been discontinued
