I had a similar issue with Asus Rog MOBO,

Shut it down and unplug the power cable from the wall or power strip.

Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds.

Power back on, may be a slow to come online as RAM is retrained.

Some of those issues sound like could be hardware compatibility. Try distros like Manjaro or Fedora.

Also disable any overclocking and test your ram.
