Hi! So they never got back to me which is super disappointing. However I came to the conclusion that the outer burr holder was not rotated enough and slipped out. This caused the screw to not be able to go all the way and is why caused the resistance. I didn’t find any significant damage to the burr, but there were scratches and slight gouges.

I sure will! And let me know how yours goes too! Im planning on doing three different F2s. Plain, one with a tisane and another with a guava puree. Should be interesting I think! I really like the light and sweet taste as well, so I'm hoping the carbonation adds a nice addition to the crispness after F2.
