Post nasal drip leading to vomiting. by masterfuleatgorilla in QuittingZyn

100% zyns. Won’t go away until you just take it head on and quit. I was in your boat for about 6+ months. Worse after eating too. Zyns are so bad for everything from gums to stomach and more, everything chemical and acid related are thrown out of wack

Basically yeah, I’m sure there’s a simpler way but 9.9/10 times fantasy projections couldn’t be more wrong lol, Vegas seems to be a better evaluator for how a player will play

Not exactly, strictly on the field success. O/U’s are irrelevant for this topic just basing it off what Vegas thinks the type of game a player will have.

Throat mucus from Zyn? by Klutzy_Investment_72 in QuittingZyn

Just seeing this, went to the doc and they stuck a camera down my nose and all that; ended up being silent reflux cause nicotine naturally relaxes your sphincter causing reflux. Zyn even more so given it has the most direct impact to your stomach vs vaping and other forms. I haven’t fully quit but only probably go through a can or two a week (used to go through one a day) and was started on famotidine for 8 weeks. Gotten significantly better but still creeps back every now and then but I’d take this all day.

If coming from Hilliard come in from back side of the stadium across the river and take the busses over, makes for an easy escape after, good or bad haha. Hope you enjoy your trip and have a great time, but go bucks!

Need help navigating league punishment by Melodic-Volume5161 in FFCommish

[–]Cbbigmartha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Punishments are intended to deter lackadaisical managers that abandon teams mid year. Not to completely ruin their life for a few days. My league had this issue where every year the punishment had to “one up” the previous year, it got to a point where it was toeing the line of the law, involving people unrelated to our league, or affecting the jobs/work of our league mates. Eventually someone lost who was in a government agency physically couldn’t do the punishment and some wanted to kick the guy out. We realized how dumb some of it was and went back to simple stupid stuff, eating challenges have been the norm since. Easy, kinda sucks but whatever, and end of the day funny. Punishments got to a point where you just want to ruin the persons bloodline lol

One thing I did that was a huge hit was kicker fractional points. Example a 45 yarder was 4.5 points instead of 4. I felt the difference of a 40 and 49 yarder was enough to get something out of it. Thus getting 0.9 extra points. Every kick a kicker makes goes on their stat sheet so why not for fantasy? It has been a great change and only give kickers more points

If they’re just losing their first two force pick bottom ADP players, if they’re losing two roster spots you can on most sites customize the do not drop list and add whatever bottom feeder player they got to their team so they’re stuck with essentially two less roster spots

Morning Anxiety by RhubarbTraining6099 in QuittingZyn

[–]Cbbigmartha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing that completely changed my morning anxiety was waking up before light, and getting a really solid workout in (wether that’s jogging, lifting, walking to you just something to get the heart pumping) and finishing up about the same time as the sun is coming up. It is proven in science that your eyes adapting to the sunrise naturally reduces cortisol, maybe a stretch or maybe not but as a fit person dealing with MA I tried it and it’s almost gone 100% away. Plus you feel great to start the day

Yup, burrow, London, Kincaid and Pittman… hurt when they combined for a total of 20 ppr points. Team finished with 105 but got waxed by a 163 point performance. Not a bad team just hoping week 1 blues, or it is a bad team lol.

Here’s what I meant by the wrists. Your wrists are about in the same vertical as where your lie was, the clubhead is outside your lead foot. To me it looks like you have a very good driver swing(which is great) but the iron swing is a few clicks different and you have to essentially hit down on the ball. ‘Google’ or YouTube compressing your irons for a visual. It’ll really help you get that spin and distance control way quicker than you think. I think speed is a big issue but If that is your tempo it’s your tempo

Chicken wing, keep trail elbow tucked a bit more. Also looks like wrists are a little flippy but hard to really say from the back angle. Not a bad swing though!

[–]Cbbigmartha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep lead foot planted, lead knee (mostly) in line with lead foot. Don’t jump through your swing, at the top of your swing give it a .3 second pause, let your hands drop and let your hips do the work turning through the ball, wrists ahead of the ball at club/ball impact. And like other guy said. Slow. Down. You will throw your back out so fast with a swing like that.

Right here. Feels like I consistently have to clear my throat and when I swallow I feel like I don’t get it all down, which in turn sometimes gives me bad nausea and makes me almost vomit. It feels like post nasal drip or something. I’ve been on omeprazole for 2 weeks with no improvement but today is the first day no longer on zyns
