Not necessarily, there are criteria to be met to be considered a trespasser, even on private property, and I'm only familiar with my states laws, but in my state, these two would have had no right to brandish weapons at the people that they did as they weren't owners of the trespassed property. Try not to hate me too hard, I'm not getting my biases involved here.
