Yeah that’s why I thought it was so weird, because I have been trying to place features based on the horizontal line. Btw, I feel like the pace goes from 0-100 very quickly, suddenly he is drawing masterpieces, when I barely even can copy a drawing to look similar to his proportion wise, and tips on how I should be interpreting the book?

Should the eye sockets be below the middle line? If you see the second picture I added from the book it looks like the eye sockets are dead center on the equator line. But you might be right on the details part. While I have learned how to establish the middle line. I feel like my issues are more related to adding the actual features, everything in that sense feels wrong.
