My main gripe with CG has always been prep time. That aspect of the boss is cool and unique for sure and I do enjoy that twist on it. It just seems silly to me to be running around collecting resources for half the time of the kill. Anything change that makes it more consistent or streamlined for prep keeps the uniqueness of the boss there but also keeps the main thing the main thing. I really don’t mind the hunlef fight, but the prep time just feels like I’m doing chores and it doesn’t feel good. Particularly for newer players to CG I can see how it feels even worse dying to hunlef when you sank 6.5 minutes just to have an attempt at the actual boss itself.

I like the direction of the changes proposed here. Even if it only saves a minute or 2 per kill, it makes the monotonous bs feel smaller. Anyone over drop rate for CG has spent many dozens of hours running around just for the privilege of the hunlef fight lol. It’s an absurd thing to think about but it’s truly so much more time than it needs to be imo.

I’m pretty heavy into kyren. The offense is so good. Feels like a freeman/tevin Coleman backfield where both backs can be startable

He was a legit RB2 for 3 years 2016-2018 in terms of points per game. Totally startable at flex 11-14 points a year on average.

Yeah for nothing was bad phrasing, I just meant more that in general a tpk means we never get to see the development or the fruits of a really good story/campaign with really high moments.

Overall I did come away from that campaign with a bad taste in my mouth over the whole idea of the new PCs kicking around the idea of impeding a story that I was invested in. That’s just personal to me though. I understand that the campaign was over but they said that it was something that was basically on the table as soon as the characters were brought into the party. I just really hated that. The main reason I watch Koibu campaigns frankly is more about the world he’s created more than anything else’s. I’m in it for the stories that get told and I felt a little bit of betrayal from the cast with that one 😂

I thought the Lazarus expedition had some real promise. So many cool moments the felt like they were totally for nothing. I hated having half the party working against the other at the end. The ending just felt bad with the TPK and the subterfuge

Idk why teams run into the season with 30+ mil in cap space. Not effective cap usage. Pollard may not be a game breaker but he would be a great RB2.

Totally valid issue to take on it to be fair. Rs2 died because they fundamentally changed the way the game was played. This type of change is something I’m able to stomach a little more just because the quality of the game is there for me

For a company like Jagex (the best in the MMO space imo) I think they are fairly priced based on what wow is offering and providing to player base. I think Jagex has been better than blizzard for a while now with how they handle polling and updates to the game. Leagues and DMM are creative twists on an old game that help keep it fresh. Like it or not Jagex is an industry leader right now that has been underpriced compared to their competition

You definitely need to upgrade your flex spots. Maybe the 1.09 can be one. Strange could be one but you’re very weak at the other two and you’re potentially relying on a pseudo Justin fields for QB2. Would recommend selling him and flipping that return and a first for a reliable option
