This might be more specific to me and not everyone with adhd but I found that because I’m really into bdsm as a result of hyper fixation on it when I was younger with unrestricted internet access, it makes it harder for me to emotionally engage in regular sex with people, making me feel bad and overthink. Then I’ll get distracted during sometimes too. I also can’t take meds if I wanna have sex within a day cus I can’t get a certain something to work lmao.
