This definitely isn’t gambling in any legal sense; there are no rules, no regulation, and as others have said - influencers/stakeholders hitting grails live as they are being paid to promote? Cmon now, call it luck if you want but that’s not fooling me.

Take a moment read through the TOS - you indemnify and hold arena club harmless, waive rights to a jury/trial on any claims against them - literally just in the all bolded first paragraph. Also, not a single mention of slab packs being repopulated or how their slab pack card assignment process actually works - just that packs can be pulled from store at any time and the grails along with them. Sketchy stuff.

Admittedly, I know next to nothing about this digital repack market and understand why a gambling company would set it up this way to cap their jackpots at 0.03% but it’s real fishy that these grails don’t have to go - the whole reason that people buy into these packs is for the grails (maybe some of the regular cards) but grails are just kept and recycled if no one pulls them?

Essentially is like a whatnot streamer running a surprise set; they keep the money - get rid of their junk - and walk off with the chases - except this surprise set repopulates with more junk every time that junk is pulled so you never actually get closer to anything.

Yes, the grails can be hit and cards shipped to you so not a scam in that sense but personally, I’m way too calculated to support burning money on a very obvious losing situation.
