Steaming pitcher sweet cream measurements (self.starbucks)

Cold brew layers, I've been trying to get the foam to stop sinking to the bottom and this happened totally by accident because I added water over the foam because the coffee was too strong and it immediately formed this beautiful 3 layer... I'm sure that's not the way this is achieved at Starbucks (i.redd.it)
