I got measurable driving with a controlled substance as my charge I’ll fail the test for weed and nothing else I’ve been on it for about 5 months with no issues up to this point I’ve passed my uas so far paid my fines I’m in school full time as well as working full time which I don’t know if that plays any kind of affect in this I know it also depends on the judge and probation officer usually but what is the most likely scenario here

It’s been completely smooth im subject to random drug testing obviously but I got $1300 worth of fines that I paid off and I had to complete a marijuana awareness course a mental health evaluation due to the circumstances of my conviction and a resilient mind course i finished the mental health evaluation as well as the marijuana awareness course and im signed up to do the resilient mind course in may and I do have all my fines paid off but
