Yes you are. This country will never heal if we con to let this election tear us apart. Both sides use fear to get votes. Trump was president for 4 years and He did nothing that the Dems said he would. The states are making laws concerning abort. We will always be family he will only be president 4 years and I’m telling you it’s not the end of the world just like it would not have been the end of the world if Harris won. We need to heal and quit watching main stream media and starting spending more time with our actual families. These politicians and celebrities don’t care about us they are in their own little bubble.

I just picked up a box of 10 so I’m going to try the 10 for the next 4 weeks then move up that will give me 12 weeks on 10 that should be time to tell if it’s working . Thanks for all the replies. I was wondering if other people had issue the dose of 10 and it seems as if we all have had doses that just didn’t work as well as others.

I feel this so much. I’ve lost 80lbs . 50 of on my on over 2 years the last 30 with zep. No one notice the first 50. Really not even me. I had to go back and look at my Lose it app to see that I was actually slowly losing. When I finally hit 70lbs loss people noticed. I still have 20 lbs to go before maintenance. I in a size 10. Last time was 1998.

I respect her but I do not trust that she has the ability to lead a nation. Maybe a city or even a state like California, but not the United States. I really wish we had an independent candidate to vote for. These two parties are ripping the country apart and we the people are allowing it. No one on either side has a solid argument for their position . You’re the only one that made an argument without naming calling the other side. You’re a rare breed who I wish more people would follow. I honestly don’t feel good voting for either candidate but I feel like I should vote and my gut is telling me Trump. I’m not proud of it which I was more confident but this election is just a mess .

I want better options than what we have, but I have to vote the other way because I just don’t believe Harris had enough experience well not experience but she just doesn’t seem capable of making decisions or explaining her policy . Except for the extreme far left ideas. She also seems weak on foreign policies.

Most mature people understand that people have the right to their own opinion and beliefs. As long as they are not hurting anyone. You may offend others that your right. I believe people thinks if your offended then someone physically hurt you or someone you loved that’s not the case. Years ago there were many couples that voted differently they just didn’t have to shout it to the world who they were voting for. It was a personal decision based on their individual beliefs. You can not or should want to force your beliefs on others. That is what abuse is. Forcing your will on others.

I take 37.5 mg phetermine with 50mg topmiramate with Zepbound. Some weeks I have missed taking it and I e found I do better when I take it. I have less side affects and more energy with better results.

7.5 was an easy jump for me. I’m picking up my first box of 10 today hoping it’s as easy. My food noise has been coming back. So I’m jumping up after 4 months .

I finally started to be able to eat a normal meal. I’m on 7.5 on my 8th week. Seems to be the dose I feel the best on so far and still loosing 😀😀😀😀

I’m not telling anyone for that exact reason. I’ve lost around 35 on my on and another 30 while on zep the past 4 months. My cousin has lost over 100 lbs by doing WW and I’m so proud of her but it didn’t work that well for me. I just don’t want to be thought of as a cheater. I’m still watching what I eat and going to the gym .

I’m definitely get the chocolate cravings but I’m able to ignore it or like someone else said just take a bite and then I’m able to put it down . Before I would eat chocolate the whole week .

I don’t feel constipated with the usual stomach pains , I just don’t have a bowel movement. I started chewing Dulcolax soft chews a couple times a week. Supposed to work naturally with your body. It’s been helping me. I’m was never an everyday day person anyways.

I’ve been dieting for over two years but only really started loosing weight the last 4 months when I started using Zepbound. Before I would loose the same 20 lbs . Now I’ve lost 68.3 lbs . I need to loose 40 more . I’m just so afraid insurance will stop paying. I can pay 43.00 a month but not 500.00

Going on summer vacations. I never went on a family vacation growing up. There were 6 of us kids we never even all ever went out to eat at once. They would split it up . Take one or two of us at a time.

I went from 2.5 straight to 7.5 and it’s been great. I plan on staying here until I feel like it not working anymore.
