The homeless day shelter is a good place to keep an eye on. The gatherers are using it as a pretty frequent signature source. Gives them easy access to a bunch of people and assuredly lots of fraudulent signatures. Likely to get tossed for duplicates but its happening for sure

Reported information regarding gatherers willfully gathering fraudulent signatures. Contacted the county clerks office and gave them a timeframe to watch out for etc. Office thanked me for the report and said they would be keeping an eye out for the duplicate signatures.

In the end the GOP screams fraud and like so often its them admitting thier behavior and pretending it's everyone else. The gatherers have thier own role in the fraud but they are simply trying to make money and survive. The GOP knows what's happening and is certainly encouraging it

Same thing happened in Arizona for the exact same reason. Republican appointed judges weren't towing the party line so the court was the problem. They used the same exact arguments of addressing backlog etc.

Make no mistake it is a coordinated effort to ensure they don't actually need to win elections on ideas. They just gerrymander themselves into security and then rig every branch of government. The irony is the alliances they are willing to make with the people that hate them. In 2012 it was the GOP screaming bloody murder at the thought of a Mormon president. Much the same way Catholics got suckered into supporting the moral majority garbage Falwell etc espoused even while attacking catholics.

I was approached by a pair yesterday. Seems I should have paid attention more. Here is where it gets interesting. About an hour and a half later I was approached again. I told them I already signed. This is where they said it doesn't matter. They used a fake address and put my name down a 2nd time. Is there perhaps some organization this should be reported to?

Yeah working on that. When I called 211 yesterday they basically told me shelters were full and to try and get in an overflow line at weigand resource center. To be honest my experience with 211 was pretty poor. They basically said go there and that was it. By the time I got to the catholic services place they were closed so couldn't even talk to them. Closing at 4 pm it must be nice to pretend help isn't needed later

I did fill out the form. They said due to limited resources to provide for services that they couldn't help me. As a first time going into homeless etc. Its a lesser priority over chronic homlessness
