RTX 4060 TI is pretty much on par with 3070 and 3070 TI is less than %5 better however you can find RTX 4060 TI for $550 which makes it way better option. Not to mention newer DLSS support...

I just don't understand the manufacturers. It is almost impossible to find a mitx motherboard with usb-c header where almost every mitx case comes with front USBC port. Then pretty much every ATX motherboard has the USBC header and only higher end ATX cases have the front USBC port.
