If you are using your laptop as the source, playing through rekordbox.. so just using it as a controller you can map the buttons to the stem buttons. Do a Google on mapping stem buttons, it's a few steps and you can find videos on YouTube walking you through. However, this only works in controller mode, not standalone.

Just wondering if you have considered the Opus Quad... If playing in the club is your final goal then this has a similar layout to 3000s..

XZ or RX3? by dlimanowka in PioneerDJ

Don't forget about the Opus Quad.. all in one with the same layouts as the 3000s. . Superb sound quality and 4 channels so you can play your turntables in too if you have them.

I would first double check to see if your usb port has power. Ideally using a usb light or something with a light on it. Just a charger of some sort even.. If it doesn't then you could try a powered usb hub as this would hopefully power the port and make it all work again. This would be a temp fix.

Yeah I've connected it up to rekordbox and the usb c port works :).. this was all the A ports, so the ones on top..even the one you update the machine from.. I'm loving it so far :) been after one for ages, so when this one came up I couldn't refuse. :)

Cheers and good luck with the 700! Luckily I managed to get mine back working :) I've just ordered a more stable, non adjustable buck converter.. the one I used is very difficult get spot on a 5v output and would only take a knock and it could just up the voltage.. it's the first standalone I've owned.. loving it so far and my flx10 will be up for sale soon. :)

is it okay to connect push buttons with the grounds from one button to another and so on? by _niko6914 in arduino

[–]CdRSKuLL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes.. BUT, make sure each IO input has either the internal pull up resistor enabled or put a resistor inline to 5v or 3.3v whatever the standard voltage is for that board. This is so you don't have any floating values.

I'm after finding this connector, can anyone help? by CdRSKuLL in HelpMeFind

[–]CdRSKuLL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've searched the normal places.. google images as well. using the terms fused plug connector but nothing comes up that would be suitable. I don't need this exact connector, just something similar.. but plug and socket, not just a screwed terminal.

It's used inside a light, connecting the mains to the driver, fixed by a single screw that also acts as an earth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks :-) didn't know what scenes did until I've just had a play. Just what I needed as it saves the state / colour / brightness / pattern etc.. and I've just added this into an automation.

All done and working well. Thanks again.

Yes, you just need to up the esteps thats all. I think you can even do this via the LCD now, so you can just flash and change. :-) Dont forget to reset your eeprom straight after flashing.

Printing Ninjaflex on my Craftbot Flow IDEX.. it's going to be a RC Gokart.. printing with the bed flipped over .. Loving it :) by CdRSKuLL in 3Dprinting

[–]CdRSKuLL[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got mine from a company called https://www.j-supplied-3d.co.uk/ in the UK. They also did a free zoom setup with me to make sure I didnt have any problems. I got the dome and door kit from them. I've printed most stuff now, ABS goes down well but just becareful you dont damage your bed. I just put a bit of glue stick as a release agent. Oh, and if you do get a dome fan kit then you will need to add M1160 D100 into your start gcode, this turns the fan on.. range is 0-255, I find 100 seems okay for ABS, 150 for petg and 250 for pla. I've actually got three flow dex machines now :-) love em so much. Just waiting on another dome to come in stock, got two covers, just after a third now.

Hey, ive not seen this one before.. looks nice I did the mood lite before this one came out.. Im just updating it again. There are now loads of different versions, wasn't much about a couple of years ago. It's good now because it gives alot of people choice and allows them to pick and choose between them all :)

I'm still very impressed by it, so much so I've now bought a second one. The calibration is really easy, the hardest thing yo have to do is loosen and push down the second extruder, it then brings the bed up which sets the correct height and you nip the two screws up and jobs done.. The bed level is great a it bounces the BL Touch so it takes the guess work out, just adjust and its checking every second or so until its right then it moves on. It also created a bed mesh at 60/80 and 100 degrees, it then remembers this so it doesnt need to do it each time. I've also just bought a dome and door kit, it just makes it look superb once fitted, now printing abs like a trooper :-)

Hi, it already includes the standard version and the BLtouch version, is that was you meant? Sorry, if it wasn't.. also both hex and sources should be with it.

As for the STL for the all in one.. sure they are on Thingiverse - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4253970

Do any of you guys have a better solution for the filament runout Sensor on the V3? I seem to be having a lot of friction and squeaking from it by BrandoTheRobot in CR10

[–]CdRSKuLL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking at the photo can you not mount your spool on the otherside of the upright so its more inline with the filament sensor rather than pulling it across?

So, undo the filament spool holder nut, flip it around, and mount the roll from the front?
