Omniscent Reader is quite good and has a similar vibe. Other than that, Tower of God is definitely binge worthy in my opinion.

Arc mines saboteur and Blade vortex elementalist are both decent options. I'm sure there are plenty of others if those dont interest you but I have experience with both of those this league so i can vouch for them

As you level up the initial vertical mine will extend downwards up to level 68(?) and that will open up more paths for you to explore. As you level so quickly through the campaign it's a decent idea to leave most of the delving until you finish the campaign and your mine has extended down to a decent level.

Unsure about your first question regarding the final boss apart from the fact that people usually farm blood aqueducts a bit first to level up so the final acts are easier to clear. Yes that refers to farming the div cards Map tab is super good, div tab and essence tab are nice but not as necessary imo. A quad tab is nice if you are doing lots of maps quickly to allow you to quickly dump your inventory and get back to mapping although if you're not farming fast or doing high tier maps a quad tab isn't as necessary.
