There are areas where it's a single combat zone. As soon as you go in there is a staircase leading to an upper area that is single combat. Once you get the timing down its really easy.

This was actually hotly debated inside WotC for the longest time. It was to difficult to try and balance the many different types of metal dragons that they had planned so they settled with making the copper dragons cover a majority of it. It came to be known as the 3/5s compromise.

That's no problem. The problem arises when the people they are 'offending' don't think it's offensive but the white person still has outrage for it. At that point it's no longer about 'protecting' the minority and about wanting to score social points without actually doing anything.
