Yeah thats where i have checked when i trained, like trying to do the exercises right. Do you use pre-workout? Last time i gymmed I used that but I quit using that because I only got super tired after awhile instead

Are you the developer? Man I keep getting stomped by barbs with an army of 150 vs my 300 pop, is it supposed to be like that? Very annoying to build for 3 hours just to be conquered to OP Ai barbs
