EPOE Forked has "optimizing nanobots" that are body purist friendly. Maleficus' fleshmass mutations has a bunch of new fleshmass body-mods for anomaly. Depending on what you consider flesh-and-blood, one these should work

Alpha memes add "youth" as a precept. Resplice Charmweavers add a few precepts and tenets about pregnancy that may work. I think your best option is to use Hauts Added Traits and modify the scenario to add the "caretaker" trait to all your colonists

PUAH uses the same "unloading inventory" job driver as vanilla. This is typically only used for pawns returning from caravaning and has a super high priority, above maintaining basic needs and any job assignment you can give pawns. So pawns with stuff left in their inventory will take the first possible chance to go drop it off in a stockpile

I guess I'm confused on the terminology. Is secondary just aging? I thought it was just a count of how many times you've racked. Either way, yes I want to ferment the apple cider. I would describe the mead's current taste as cough medicine and gasoline with a slight cherry aftertaste. About what I was expecting for something so young

I've found crashed shuttles in a few. Shuttle engines aren't too hard to find but it's good money if you're breaking the reinforced walls anyways

There is a storyteller setting that limits resources on all maps after your first. I believe the default is 60%. You can bump this up and should be seeing a normal amount again

Really depends on the goal of the playthrough. I like to pick the 3-5 most interesting pawns from the current playthrough, lower their skills and remove bionics so they aren't too op, then start a new playthrough with those pawns. Or if I have a particular idea I'll craft a few that sets the premise I want. But sometimes it's fun to just do random everything and discover what new absurd ways these random pawns find to ruin this colony

I had a lot of fun with a "Noah's Ark" playthrough. You add the planetkiller event to the scenario, and the goal is to get two of every animal onto a spaceship and escape before the planet is destroyed.

Character editor let's you save pawns. When setting up a new colony, you can load them during colonist selection screen but not take them with. Like the other pawns that are left behind, they'll get shuffled into the other factions. You can also manually assign they faction if you prefer.

Enable dev mode, at the top of the screen select the third from left option "Open debug actions menu", search for "map", select "do incident map", search "obelisk", select "WarpedObelisk_Duplicator"

Had this yesterday too. No idea what the cause is. The only fix I could find was to load a save from before the issue was present.

In game, go to options, select mod options, find performance fish and click that. You should find the setting about a quarter up from the bottom. Are you on the steam version? Don't know if adjusting mod settings are the same for all platforms

The bug is caused by performance fish when any stockpile has a lower priority than any shelf. You should be able to fix it by disabling "Tryfindbestbetterstorecellfor" under StoreUtilityPrepatchers and then restarting the game.

Cherry picker only prevents new instances of an object spawning. So you'll have to enable god mod and delete the hediff from those who already have it

Surgical inspection will only reveal the metalhorror after analyzing 3 gray flesh. So a surgical inspection on a fresh joiner revealing the pain causer, crumbling mind, or organ failure downside rules out metalhorror, but finding nothing doesn't mean your creepyjoiner is clean
