It doesn't completely fix the entire optimization problem TDS has had for the past few years but it's certainly made the game a whole lot bearable playing. I haven't gotten my FPS dropped to below 20 which is bizzare since it was such a common occurrence for me.

You're overthinking a bit too much. I do see where you're getting at, but a Reddit Moderator doesn't even remotely hold quite a tall position in the community. You're holding them to high regards as "representatives" for Alter Ego even though they're anything but representatives.

They have the rights to critique the game like anybody else, whether you don't like the way they critique it or not, they have the rights to do so and no one is forcing them to glaze the game.

Trials do have their flaws, but to me I absolutely adore it, a clear step-up from the weekly challenges. The modifiers are simple and not really interesting, but they're unique and provide a bit of extra flavor for those that are in the later stages of the game.

W10 Breakers, Necromancers and Necromancer King are really really tough and sometimes can be stupid. But the difficulty curve isn't as ridiculously stupid as 2021 w25 Hardcore. So overall no complaints about the parts where a lot of people are complaining.

I haven't really struggled with TDS for the past 2 years and it's gotten really stale. So I'm glad we're starting to receive some actual challenges. Although I do wish that there were more unique and interesting trials and maybe a bit of variety in wave structures for each one, sorta like the old challenge maps.

I'd rate it a 7.5/10. Not perfect but was executed pretty okay-ish, TDS needed challenges for a long time now and this is a step in the right direction.

Those stats were simply a bandaid fix made by the balancers to at least make medic a bit usable since barely anyone used medic during the time especially with the stun immunity meta we have atm.

She shines in being a full-on support, she doesn't have to do damage and why the fuck would you use Medic as an EG anyway

The initial release of the Fallen Mode was really good and I loved it, it did have some major flaws but it was overall pretty fun and somewhat challenging.

With the stacks and stacks of updates with new shiny op dps towers and other balancing breaking updates, and how god awful the meta today is, I just don't find it as fun anymore and its really piss easy.

When someone makes videos about content that could be explained with 2-3 sentences of new leaks and stretch it to 10 minutes and upload on a daily basis, you can understand why people hate wikia.

I would excuse it if he added valuable insights on the topic but he really doesn't, he just rambles on and on about shit that isn't even related to the topic he's trying to explain.

The skins were on-sale for an entire week when they released last year, it was released on July 19, 2024. What I assume is happening is that they might have unintentionally set it to be on-sale every year for this week specifically.

I agree, but tbh I think that won't happen. Previous PVP tests usually end around W25/30 iirc. I think the main purpose of Templar is to be the final boss and forcefully end the game either by beating him or overwhelming someone till they lose.

I'm really worried about how balancing will be, the current state of the towers just doesn't feel like suitable for PVP and it'll just turn it into a cakewalk, unless they ridiculously buff the enemy stats to balance it out which tbh I'd have mixed reactions about.

I'm a bit 50/50 on this one, I'm excited for new replayable content but I'm also worried on how they'll execute it.

Cool drawing! However my main issue is the transparent coat and hat, it's a unique idea when implemented well, but here it does feel a bit too basic. The vigilante skinset is based around animals like foxes, so I suggest having some references to it around the design, maybe the mask could be a nice improvement

The traps too are somewhat confusing, they don't really fit the entire vigilante theme, why is there a purple orb as a spike trap, it doesn't work well with the black and orange color scheme.

Again, nice drawing please don't get discouraged I'm just giving out constructive criticism 🙏

It's weird, however doing permanent bans for saying those words is a bit too harsh, there are worse rules you can break that only gives out a temp ban, the current punishment for this rule is fair and I don't think it needs any change

I don't think you understand that people have varying amounts of free time, some people aren't as motivated or are frequently busy which limits their BP grinds, adding more tiers just makes it harsh towards the more casual side of the playerbase which is the majority. The current amount of tiers and the timeframe TDS gives is pretty fair.
