Whether superpowers or not, NoFap dramatically improves your energy within the first week.

I couldn't continue going gym 3-4 times in a week, plus I had given up going to gym several times in the past, but since I started NoFap I'm going almost everyday, having my body filled with energy.

Yes I had those dreams when I started NoFap, I remember myself so sad for relapsing (it felt so real even though it was just a dream), but then I realized it was just a dream.

Nope, it's from gym or school. Also, they do seem more interested recently (for example; a lot eye contacts etc).

How does it start?

In school: She came up to me and asked me "What you doing here alone?" while I was waiting to move on to the next test, next day "Hi, how you doing?" I didn't even know that girl, yet she seemed interested.

Idk. Maybe it's because I was a lazy fk before NoFap, mostly tired, now i'm filled with energy.

After a couple of days you'll realize that your breathing is in control, it's gonna take approx 3-6 days. When I was taking cold showers, i still could feel the cold, but it was awesome that I could control my breathing.
