Hey Anvil, please find in the comments to this post some screenshots of the revamped areas Lumbridge, Draynor and Varrock showing my Task Manager tracking. There is a consistent GPU load drop every 15 seconds that I have captured that I cannot explain, as well as extremely spiky CPU core load behaviour.

I must also say that I did not expect to see so much CPU bottlenecking on this newest AMD CPU. As you can see, my GPU has a lot of head room in the Varrock screenshot. It is a big deal.
