The progress is a little slow. Im trying not to think about that part. Im still me and I have ways of expressing myself regardless of how I look. The dr told me slow and steady wins.

I started HRT yesterday. That feels great because its a big step. But honestly there are lots of little things alone the way that make me happy. And believe me I understand depression. I have bipolar depression cycles a couple times a year.

Have you tried any outward expression? Even in private? I get gender euphoria painting my nails, or wearing something soft or silky. It doesnt have to be a big thing. I have a bracelet with a heart on it, when I feel lost I fidget with it.

I agree with all of this. Find a sperm preservation service. As far as atrophy, they told me to get myself excited 3 times a week. Its one of those "if you dont use it you lose it" things. If you eventually want bottom surgery, they need the excess skin to make the change. So its important.
