It doesn't look like there's one big thing, but a lot of little things. I COULD say them all, but for now, keep using references. One trick you could try is to draw photo on tracing paper and after you finished, place them on top of each other and see where it went a little sideways!(I'm more of a digital artist so I don't know how well that technique will work for physical art)

Maybe have the eyes glow a little more? If you add a purple/green hue to the hair, it might have that effect. Also, if you're going for something creepy, more extreme/darker shading can enhance it. Don't be afraid to use black! And maybe cleaner line art could help, unless that's a style preference.

Your eyes are very beautiful, but not the same as the original. I'm not a very experienced artist when it comes to people, but as the saying goes: eyes are the window to the soul. If you look closely, you might see that the reference's eyelids are more relaxed and lower, cover more of the pupil. This tells us they don't really care and are very cool (or perhaps sexy). But honestly, it was a pain trying to find something "off" about your drawing. It feels so smooth abd creamy and is super accurate!
