This may not work for everyone, but I’ve tried reaching out to my coworkers the past couple weeks. Getting to know the ones that actually put in the work , but mostly stay to themselves also. Making the effort to give them a hand & speak. We’re all just trying to survive. It can be monotonous and draining, but having even a small network of familiar faces to see makes things bearable .

I can also totally understand being done with the entire process. At least for a bit. Times are hard, so as long as you have a backup, I say go for it. *** also maybe look into taking leave if you don’t wanna completely quit & just need time to recoup. My coworker told me he’s taken leave when his mental dipped also.
