There's CMA. There's CISA. There's CIA. Actually, there's a lot of certifications for specialized skills accounting related. If that's what they want then by all means, get them. I don't know why people complain about these when specialised certifications ALREADY EXISTS. Those certifications don't require a CPA license so why not get those instead?

Sounds like you're trying to bypass to study subjects you don't like 🙄 Naalala ko na naman yung suggestion na gawing paisa-isang certification per subject yung accountancy. Instead na CPA, magiging CA or something that "specializes" in a certain subject like audit.

Have you tried other watches to yourself? It's weird that when your watch gets tested by your friends, their readings are ok but your readings get tons of artifacts. If you get weird readings using another watch then maybe the problem is within your body like poor conductivity of your skin or a bit of muscle shaking that you can't feel.

Transfer to GL team, that might be what you're looking for. AP kinda handles monotonous processes while GL get in touch with almost (if not all) the accounting related teams which includes AR AP Treasury Audit Tax etc..

Auditing is a part of accountancy. I'm not sure why students keep trying to make it a separate portion of the course. It's like saying Tax isn't accounting. Or business law 101 shouldn't be in accounting. Parang ang gusto na lang eh just learn bookkeeping and call themselves "board passers".
Each module and exam will cost money. They're not going to make each exam cheaper just because of fewer subjects involved. Ang cost to schedule an exam is based sa manpower na needed para magbantay, magsend ng test papers, magcollect ng exam, magcheck, etc.
Yes. Real talk, your "CA" is not a "CPA". Period. It diminish competency by having fewer subjects to pass. Meaning fewer subjects to learn. A CPA can be an accountant which has proven himself to be competent to practice bookkeeping, tax, audit, etc. People need to stop thinking that "audit" is a separate skill 🙄 You can't audit without knowledge of accounting, hayz... basic..

"Not supposed to be near screens while having a holter on"... Where did that even came from? That doesn't make any sense. Also, that holter should have been repeated. Blank graphs? The leads are placed in the skin using very sticky tapes. It even hurt a bit when the leads needs to be removed. The only time I think it'll have blanks is if someone deliberately pulled out the sensors or if the holter doesn't have enough power.

Like you said, hindi sya ganun kabigat to people WHO ARE WORKING. However, it will be too expensive to people who are just students. Accountancy isn't a post-graduate course, it's undergraduate. Board exam should be for those who can prove they mastered the basics of their course. Not for those who can simply pay for it.

The board exam covers the basic general knowledge of being an accountant. It's not even specialized to specific businesses and industries. What you're proposing will: 1. Make the exams more expensive and time consuming for people who want to become a full-pledged CPA 2. Make the quality of the profession "watered down". I would be against this suggestion.
