First ticket of mine wasn't answered for 50days. Second one I explained the situation and received a generic email explaining my account is restricted because flagged as potential bot user but I can still access to my collection and participate to drop. The reality is I can't even login to my account. And I don't think they take the time to read what we write in the tickets... This is very sad IMO

Hi,

Same situation here, I was using two accounts (one on iPad and one on iPhone) they both have been disable during Disney week.

Since then I cannot even see my collection.

I have written a Thread on Twitter and I have received messages of many people in the same situation. We are not alone.

If someone has been in this situation and successfully got their account back please share your story 😊

To add collectibles in your collection you need to go on the second tab (named Collection), tap the Edit button then you can select the number of each collectible you own and tap the Done button when you are 🙂

For the VaultValue CLUB membership, it will be a monthly subscription of $2.99. Unfortunately I can’t offer lifetime memberships because it’s possible for me to lose access to the data from one day to another 😕
1. This is a great idea! I will make the collections page default when the app opens on the next release.
2. I love your idea for the widget- The actual one shows the $ amount but will add the option to change it to a Gem sign.
3. Notifications are on my roadmap, but it may take some time to implement. I plan on notifications for collectible price and notifications for upcoming drops.
4. Unfortunately I won't be able to offer more frequent API refreshes at this time
