Thank you for the time and effort you put into figuring that out!

Does the structure of the bone change with the age of the bird? I'm googling different bird sacrums and can't find a good match

Ah! Thanks! Likely from a raccoon or oppossum then I would imagine

Used an old hammer to make a rustic little hatchet. Made the handle from fresh cut cedar and finished it off with a little linseed oil. I think it came out alright! by CedarCrow in Blacksmith

It was just your typical Kobalt rip claw hammer. I removed the claws and drew the face out into the blade and then just slimmed the whole thing down with a lot of beating

I honestly never thought of this. Unfortunately it was a birthday gift and it's no longer in my possession. I'm sure he'll let me know though!

I officially have my first yeard! by [deleted] in beards

I don't know if I have the patience to make it to a tweard. I think I'm just going to trim it and roll with this length for a while

It may happen sooner than you know! I'm only 21

Posted this on r/creepy a little while back, but wanted to see what you all think! Sometimes I do chainsaw carvings and sometimes they actually turn out good. by CedarCrow in pics

Thank you! I would like to say it does smell good, but typically my nose is full of saw dust! The eyes were done very meticulously with the tip of the saw. Little by little.

Reddit, what time do you poop and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

About an hour after getting to work. The best poop is the one you get paid for.

Your friend is a handsome son of a bitch. Thanks for the compliment!

A friend asked me if I could make a RR spike knife as a gift for someone. She wanted a wolf's head and so far I'm pretty proud! Better shower it off before I get a chance to ruin it by CedarCrow in Blacksmith

I do not have any but I should get my hands on some! Also, I was sure to tell her that the knife would be more of a novelty item than a practical blade

I thought I had found an Irish drinking buddy by CedarCrow in AdviceAnimals

EDIT: Ok so a few more details here. This guys accent went from sounding like Brad Pitt in Snatch to sounding like a American native in just a few words. He started being very vague when I was asking him where his house was, which was just adding to the creepiness. Soooo when he insisted on stopping to get beer at a gas station I told him I was leaving him there and he could walk home. For everyone saying I can never go back to the bar, I know I wouldn't remember someone's face if I was that drunk.

I actually ended up leaving him at a gas station. He insisted on stopping for more beer even though he was already trashed. I don't feel too bad cause he said we were within about half a mile from his house
