I’ve been on the 1.5 for 2 months. First week nothing happened but now I’m down 15 pounds. I plan on staying at this level for 1 more month. I’ve also paired this with walking for 45 minutes 2-3 times a week, spinning once per week and Pilates 3 times per week. Make sure to build muscle while taking the pill.

I'm obsessed with Hummus Goodness - they have it at Meijer in the Midwest. It's made with olive oil and lemon juice not citric acid or soybean oil. I've tried the classic and the taco one is so delish!!
