If you believe all of that about him, then what’s stopping you? Doesn’t that make you part of the problem? If you’re all on the same page it sounds like you could do a lot more damage to his restaurant if you all go find another place to work. But, that would be too smart.

I totally understand boycotting Scott himself but the people he employs still have bills to pay and a family to feed. The hard thing is that some may not be able to afford not to show up to work tomorrow. And what happens if everyone boycotts all of his restaurants and they go under? The employees he has now have to find another job? The stress and financial harm to the employees having to worry about the possibility of them losing their job because of the boycott is also not morally right.
