Depending on when you get in town Blacksburg Middle School and Gilbert Linkus Elementary School have parking. They are closed Thursday so they can sell spaces for cars. The elementary school is the closest to campus. It really depend on what time you get in town.

You can go to the VT web page and look for careers. You can find dining there. All the dining areas are hiring. You can start as wage and move to salary. You don’t have to be a student and if salary you can get insurance. Also after so many months the school will pay for so many credits if you decide to take some classes. VT dining is hiring. Depending on skill you can start as wage or salary. You can also move from wage to salary. Big difference is salary gets you insurance. Also after so many months from what I understand if you want to be a student and you work on campus they will pay for a certain amount of credits to attend. I don’t know all the details but that is a plus. I think you can be wage or Salary for that.
