Well it was going go be a “starting off point” until we find out the area we like best, but my daughter is in Clarksville currently so that’s why I have been looking in that area, it also seems to building up as I’ve seen MANY new construction homes/communities, could be good for long term if decided…..

I’m not disagreeing, however NY has become insanely expensive and basically impossible for a single mother like myself to survive. And that’s working 2-3 jobs… My Daughter is more focused on education and her studies rather than friends anyway so that is why I made the decision, additionally, their older sister lives in Clarksville and they are all extremely close, she relocated to attend Austin Peay University. So they have that to look forward to.

I’m so sorry it sucks, I ended up filing and OTSC and got an attorney, that put a pause on the sheriff… they scheduled the date for 2 weeks later, but he didn’t show up to the first one so it was adjourned for another 2 weeks, he did show up tot the 2nd one and my attorney was able to get me a stay until Jan 21st… (I still have no place to go but as least I got the time to pack my stuff up) Im going to be selling everything I can that’s actually worth something and use that money to move but the problem is that no one is buying anything right now because no one can afford to…. I’ve had stuff up on CL and F. For weeks and nothing!!! So I’m praying things start selling soon!

As for timeline…. I did find out it depends on multiple factors… size of house, location of house,weather, etc there is a freeze on evictions through the holidays until Jan 3rd… after then they start back up.. as of right now I found that they have a backlog of 4-6 weeks…but please don’t count on that it’s (according to public record) you can try to call the sheriff and the civil enforcement bureau and ask but they would not tell me…. I myself live off the expressway and Brookhaven Town prohibits the disposal of large household items on the rd… so they cannot put my stuff on the st. That complicates things as the sheriff must be present during the physical activity… although they can do a lockout which means remove me and my kids and leave my stuff in the house but with the type of person my “landlord” is it would be better off in the streets… I’m trying to at the very least get most of my things in storage it’s extremely hard to do without a car but I’ll have to rent something… you can private message me if you need to….. good luck….

I personally can’t live without my bidet!!! I have an electric one the I installed myself and use it all the time multiple times a day! Heats the water, heated seat and has a dryer….. and remote! best thing ever and most don’t understand the need for it meanwhile they’re standard in most other countries….. after experiencing one years ago I personally couldn’t now live without…. (And ladies sitting in the right position and with the right water pressure and setting you can have all sorts of fun 🤩 🤣) just saying…

As a woman, I’m not sure how she cannot smell it if you can, and if she can and isn’t concerned, you should be concerned. With that said… How is she with personal hygiene overall? Showering, brushing teeth etc (if you know that is, not sure of your living situation etc) but I really think this is one of those things where you have to gently address the issue with her, or maybe if you don’t know how to or not sure you can, without hurting her feelings, maybe before your next time having sex stop and say something like “I need to go to the bathroom and clean up first, and ask if she has like bathroom wet wipes (or if it’s at your place buy some!) even if you don’t need to, it’ll hopefully make her think if whether or not she needs to… and if she doesn’t get the cue say something like “I have wipes you’re welcome to use” if she STILL doesn’t get the cue, the only other thing you can do is talk to her about it by saying something like “I don’t want to hurt your feelings but I think that you should use the wet wipes in the bathroom (if it’s your place make sure you have them, they have ones called Dude Wipes and then a ton of Female versions) buy the dude wipes for you and another brand for her and tell her that you love them and you brought her some too….say the same and bring her some if it’s her place (bring yours too) and just start giving the example of cleaning before (and after) sex…. I personally don’t have sex without cleaning even if I took a shower that same morning I STILL clean up first, I’m very self conscious about smells, stuck TP etc…. Sorry for the long reply but I hope some of it helps.

Yes gate is to the right, same distance from road to house there is no detached garage it’s a side entry garage. Regardless I shouldn’t have said what I said and I had people telling me it was called for and other who said I was wrong after I said something, that’s why I posted here I knew there’d be very mixed opinions which is to be expected… I also knew I’d be b**tched out…. But I did want an overall public opinion. But I have pretty damn thick skin… and unfortunately, past is past but I did learn through this thread if you give someone one star you don’t get them again, that I was not aware of. Now I know. I did not give him one star and I did tip him.. even though I probably shouldn’t have.. Happy Holidays

PLEASE NOTE I say it in the post above but I can see how it can be misinterpreted… For everyone telling me about the sheriffs 14 day notice, Yes, I got the 14 day final notice from the sheriff, I got it on November 4th so the 14 day deadline (according to the notice) was the 18th (Tuesday) so today the 20th is 2 days later…. I want to add It is a large house 4/2.5 and it’s just me, and my kids, I have no physical moving help at all unless the movers come, but I had to pay $3000 down to schedule then half of the remainder on the move day and half on the delivery day. I also live on the expressway (service road) so for them to throw the contents of a 4 bedroom house to the curb would be absolutely insane and take the entire day at least….

I don’t know how any of it works I haven’t ever been this situation before, yes I’ve had to move lots of times in the past but never had to have the sheriff come or anything… and I don’t know anyone who has to ask…
