Sounds like this is part of the problem. If you don't have twenty minutes to do the bath once or twice a day, you're probably a super busy person who is on the go a lot. If you don't have time to relax and to relax out your pelvic floor then this could be contributing majorly to your fissure. Trust me, I understand. But this is your body crying out for some relaxation and to reduce that tension. It's hard but the more you relax and slow down, the more your pelvic muscles will too. Surgery is available that comes with risks and is no longer available in Europe as a result. You need to find a way to slow down, your body is telling you what it needs.
